These terms and conditions (the "Terms") govern your use of My Workout Plan app (the "Application"). By accessing or using the Application, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use the Application.

The Application is intended for personal use only and not for commercial purposes. You may not use the Application for any illegal or unauthorized purpose. You agree to use the Application in accordance with all applicable laws and regulations.

 

User Accounts

While the use of the Application does not require the creation of a user account, creating an account may offer additional benefits, such as the ability to save and access your workout plans and routines from multiple devices. If you choose to create a user account, you will be asked to provide certain personal information, including your name and email address. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password and for restricting access to your account. You agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account or password. Please note that we reserve the right to terminate your account at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice. In addition, we may, in our sole discretion, at any time discontinue the provision of the Application, or any part thereof, with or without notice.

 You are solely responsible for any data, text, graphics, photos or other content that you upload, post or transmit through the Application (collectively, "Content"). You grant the Application a perpetual, non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, sub-licensable, and transferable license to use, copy, modify, distribute, display, perform, and otherwise exploit the Content in connection with the Application.

Intellectual Property

 The Application and all content, software, and other intellectual property rights contained in the Application are the property of the Application or its licensors and are protected by copyright and other laws. You may not use the Application or any Content for any commercial purpose without the prior written consent of the Application.

Disclaimer of Warranties

 The Application is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. The Application makes no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, as to the operation of the Application or the information, content, materials, or products included on the Application.

Limitation of Liability

 The Application shall not be liable for any damages of any kind arising from the use of the Application, including, but not limited to, direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, and consequential damages.

Governing Law

 These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the Application is located, without giving effect to any principles of conflicts of law.

Dispute Resolution

 Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the use of the Application shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association.

 The Application may terminate your access to the Application at any time and for any reason without notice.
